This qualification develops the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage a practice and lead others in adult care services. It covers a wide range of areas including leadership and management, entrepreneurial skills and innovation and the management of specific services.. This qualification also aligns to the new Apprenticeship Standard for Leader in Adult Care.

Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification but learners will need to be at least 19 years of age. It is also recommended that they hold a Level 3 qualification or above in a related area.
