Building on the transferrable skills already gained through your undergraduate study, this programme will provide the opportunity to hone your knowledge and skills, and your approach to a truly global economy.

Course Overview

This MA in International Business builds upon your previous knowledge of business to allow you to truly excel in the field. This course will give you the insight into import/export operations, understanding international customers, business strategy development and more. This training will give you a strong foundation in forming your own business, and how to perform on this large, international scale.

When and Where:

This course has intakes available in September, January and May each year.

Classes are available in multiple campus’s across the UK, located in the cities: London (Canary Wharf & Greenford), Birmingham and Manchester.

The course is taught on several schedules, and we can help you to liaise with the university to get the right sessions for you, classes are taught on weekdays, evenings and/or weekends.

As well as choosing one of the following:

How is the course assessed?

There are a variety of different assessment methods used within this course, including written examinations, reports, portfolios, essays, presentations and more. These are decided by the school (GBS) and are reviewed annually. These may change from time-to-time, in order to maintain compliance with the Leeds Trinity University Standards.

Entry requirements

All applicants are required to be assessed by the admissions team, involving:

  • an interview – you are expected to demonstrate your interest in the subject, and willingness to commit to studying at this academic level
  • previous honours degree with a 2nd class lower division (2.2) minimum in any discipline

English Entry Requirements:

  • IELTS 6.0 minimum, with no component below 5.5 or equivalent (BKSB in not acceptable)

Certification:

On completion of the course learners will gain a recognised MA in International Business awarded by Leeds Trinity University
On completion of this course individuals can progress onto further courses related to their career aims and interests.

Funding

Funding is available for students on this course in line with the requirements of Student Finance England.

This includes the course funding – £6,500 per year
